This is the page that I will be posting all the yummy recipes my family and I share. I am so grateful for my love and the support he gives, together we are doing this 100% and though it will be a challenge, we know the results will be worth it. The best part is...there is nothing on the Whole30 our little girl can't eat either, so we are confidant we are introducing a lifestyle to her that will reward her for positive eating habits through her life.
Bacon & Egg Cups
Prep Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins Oven: 350'
- Egg
- Bacon
- Sea Salt/Pepper
Use a muffin tin and line with one strip of bacon around each cup. Use 2 more pieces to criss cross into the bottom making sure there are no holes. Tuck excess bacon around sides of bacon lining muffin cup. Next crack 1 egg into each muffin cup. Add salt,pepper and fresh cilantro (optional) Put in the oven for 20 mins and enjoy! These are going to be a staple around here! Sooo Yummy!
Amazing Guacamole
-3 Avacadoes Peeled and Mashed
-2Roma Tomatoes Diced
-3 Tbls Fresh Chopped Cilantro
-1/2Tsp Salt
-1 Lime Juiced OR Store Bought (until desired taste is achieved)
- 1/2 Cup Red Onion Diced
- 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
* Optional Pinch of Cayenne OR Franks Red
We have Josh's sister Rachel to thank for this one. This is our favorite guacamole recipe yet and honestly the fresh cilantro will change your life! its pretty much the key ingredient to making it awesome!...we do not add the Franks bc we can't, but we may add chili flakes for some kick. I am not sure if sriracha is allowed yet.
